After taking office, Justice Minister Park Beom-gye was the first prosecutor-level person. Amid criticism of’passing’ Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, it is expected that middle-level executives will sooner or later.

According to the legal profession on the 8th, the Ministry of Justice, which performed the personnel at the level of the prosecutor’s office (prosecutor level) on the 7th, is scheduled to perform personnel at the level of the prosecutor at the end of this month. Although the prospect that high-level prosecutors will be performed in a small way is predominant, but some are discussing the possibility of a large-scale replacement within the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office.

Earlier, on the 7th, the Ministry of Justice sent a telegram to four prosecutors at the great swordsman level. This is the first greeting since the inauguration of Justice Minister Park Beom-gye.

Seoul Central District Attorney General Lee Seong-yoon was appointed, and Shim Jae-cheol, who led the discipline of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, was appointed as the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Office.

Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Office, Lee Jeong-soo, who led the investigation of the’lime asset management (lime) redemption suspension’, moved to the position as the Prosecutor General of the Ministry of Justice. Prosecutors General Shim Jae-cheol will lead the Lime investigation on behalf of District Prosecutor Lee Jeong-soo.

Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office Lee Doo-bong and Seoul High Prosecutors’ Officer Cho Sang-cheol, who led the investigation of’Wolseong Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1’s suspicion of manipulating the economic feasibility, were retained, and Chuncheon District Prosecutor Jeon Joon-tae was appointed to the seat of the Planning and Coordination Director of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, which was vacant.

As the prosecutor-level personnel were made small, it is predicted that the personnel of the middle officials scheduled sooner or later will be made small. On that day, Minister Park met with the National Assembly Representative Joo Ho-young of the People’s Power, and said, “This is a small greeting, so I will reflect it well, including enough concerns when greeting in July.”

Even inside the prosecution, there are many views that the personnel of the middle officials are likely to be achieved within a small range. It is expected that only necessary personnel will be provided, mainly for deputy general managers and prosecutors who are more than a year old.

However, some observers have observed that as the central district prosecutor Lee Seong-yoon was left in office, personnel could be delivered in a wide range. The question is, Wouldn’t it be possible to fill it with people who can make the system more solid.

Particularly inside the central district prosecutor’s office, there are voices asking whether he would ask for a replacement because the chief prosecutor is burdened with working with current executives such as the deputy general manager and manager. The reason is that it would be burdensome to go as it is, as it is explicitly revealed that the chief prosecutor has lost trust from the middle officials.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office is a place where investigations targeting the regime are concentrated. There are serious cases pending at the central district prosecutor’s office, such as the suspicion of the Optimus Fund fraud, the Cheong Wa Dae Ulsan mayor’s election intervention, the assault of a taxi driver by the Deputy Minister of Justice Yong-gu Lee, and the’suspect of prosecution of prosecution’ by Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon, who is the closest aide to President Yoon Suk-yeol.

As major investigations are underway, the mid-level officials of the Central District Prosecutors’ Office are inevitably focused. In the case of Minister Choo, he was criticized for neutralizing the prosecution’s investigation by virtually dismantling the Cheong Wa Dae election intervention and Ha Myung investigation team.

Meanwhile, when it was pointed out that “passing” without actually accepting the opinion of President Yoon, Minister Park said, “The word “passing” is not correct,” and “I tried as much as possible.”

Minister Park met with reporters on his way to work that day and said, “You may think that it is insufficient for President Yoon, but I would like to ask you to understand.”

In addition, regarding the reason for the appointment of District Prosecutors’ Office Lee Seong-yoon, he replied, “Of course,” to the question of whether there will be a big greeting after July, “I thought that those who were investigating the issue should continue to investigate.”

A chief prosecutor in the metropolitan area said, “The more I think about it, the more explicit it is. Eventually, although major cases are being investigated, it has isolated the president,” and criticized that “the pro-government-oriented prosecutors were set up and not stepped back.”
