(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Han Mi-hee = The film’Directors of Namsan’ received the Best Picture Award at the 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards. At this year’s awards ceremony, awards were distributed evenly across a variety of films without focusing on one work.

On the afternoon of the 9th,’Namsan’s Directors’, who were nominated for 10 categories at the 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards held in Paradise City, Incheon, took the best work award at the end. Director Woo Min-ho, who was in charge of directing and producing, received the second best film award following’The Insiders’ (2016).
The main actor award went to Rami-ran of’Honest Candidate’ and Yoo-in Yoo of’No Sound’.
“Why are you doing this to me,” said Rami-ran, who couldn’t talk for a while. “It’s a comedy film, so I was grateful just for being nominated.”
Yoo Yoo received the second Best Actor Award following’Apostle’ (2015).
Director Lee Yong-hyung of’To Yoon Hee’ won the Best Director Award, and Director Hong Eui-jeong of’Without Sound’ won the New Director Award.

Lee Som of’Samjin Group English TOEIC Class’ and Park Jung-min of’But Save Me from Evil’ received the supporting actor award, and Kang Mal-geum of’Chansil has a lot of corridors’ and Yoo Tae-oh of’Vertigo’ received the Rookie Award.
The awards ceremony for Korean films, which was released from October 11, 2019 to October 29 of last year, was scheduled to be held on December 11, last year, but was postponed in the aftermath of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19).
The awards ceremony was held with participants wearing masks and sitting apart one by one with partitions in between, and the staff award was presented separately in advance.
