On the 3rd, the Korea Child Abuse Prevention Association posted’Jung Ini’s petition form file’ through its official blog. According to the association, you can download this file, fill in the first digit of the resident number, address, phone number, and the content you want to write, and submit it to the court.
On the other hand, in various online communities, the movement to write complaints is accelerating. A post titled’How to write a petition by Jung In’ is also spreading.
In this post, the author said, “The first trial (for Jung In-yi’s adoptive parents) will be held at the Seoul Southern District Court on the 13th. The petition must arrive by January 6, a week before the trial. It has to be about 10,000 to be effective, but it is still said to be 200. In response, the police sent Jung In-i’s adoptive parents to the prosecution in November on charges of child abuse death and physical abuse and neglect under the Child Welfare Act. The prosecution indicted the wool on charges of child abuse and lethality, and the husband and wife were charged with child abuse and neglect.
