Black Pink was appointed as the ambassador for the 26th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26) hosted by the UK this year.
According to the agency YG Entertainment on the 26th, a ceremony for the appointment of a public relations ambassador to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was held at the British embassy residence in Seoul on the previous day.
At this meeting, Black Pink received a handwritten letter from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Prime Minister Johnson, who named each Black Pink member by name one by one, asked the UK, who chaired COP26, to join us in raising global awareness of climate change.
