U.S. President Joe Biden announced that at least the first dose of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) vaccine will be completed in American adults by the end of next month. It is about two weeks ahead of the achievement time from the original May 1 goal.

According to the Associated Press, President Biden said in a speech on the 6th (local time) that from the 19th, all adults in the United States will be eligible for vaccination.

President Biden also said that in 75 days of inauguration, the United States completed the world’s largest dose of 150 million doses, and that the number of doses per day exceeded 4 million on the 3rd. He explained that he will achieve 200 million vaccinations by the time he takes office 100.

According to the White House, over 40% of adults completed at least one dose, and about 25% completed the second dose. In addition, 75% of people over 65 years of age completed a single vaccination and 55% completed a second vaccination.
