Beijing, the capital of China, has started vaccination against the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19).

According to the People’s Daily, an agency of the Communist Party of China, on the 4th, Beijing City authorities said in a briefing the day before, “Since the 1st, we have started vaccination against high-risk corona19 workers, including workers in refrigerated warehouses, customs and quarantine stations, and medical staff.”

Authorities have distributed vaccines and deployed vaccination personnel to 220 health centers in Beijing. Citizens classified as high-risk groups can go to the nearest public health center to get the vaccine.

According to Beijing City authorities, about 36,000 people were vaccinated from the 1st to the 2nd when the vaccination began.

Authorities stressed that “to date, no side effects have been reported.”

This vaccination is intended for high-risk corona19 groups such as medical staff, but citizens who have heard the news of the vaccination are flocking to the public health center, saying, “I’m right.

However, there are not a few citizens returning from public health centers because they do not meet the conditions for high-risk groups, Shin-Bo and other Chinese media reported.

Meanwhile, sporadic infections continue in China in the northeastern region and in Beijing and other regions. Accordingly, the Chinese government is expected to accelerate vaccination.
