Karakin is a 2×2km island that can play up to 64 players per match, and is the smallest map along with Livik. While there are many hills and rocks, there are few covers, and there are many elements of play, such as black zones that destroy buildings and penetrating walls.
Some walls can be destroyed, allowing them to attack enemies on the other side of the wall. A new throwing weapon’sticky bomb’ has also been added to blow up the wall. The sticky bomb explodes after 5 seconds of sticking, inflicting damage up to a radius of 25m, and entering a hidden space such as an underground bunker.
A new weapon’Pancher Faust’ was also introduced. Panzerfaust is a range-attack firing weapon that deals wide area damage up to 6m and can destroy or penetrate specific walls. It spawns in the supply box of the Karakin map, but can rarely be farmed in the map world.
Along with this, a Pierrot theme mode will be added to Erangel’s’Music Theme Mode’. Pierrot theme mode is a new event mode that plays different sounds by spraying paint on the music paint wall located next to the square, and can be found on the Erangel map in the classic mode.
Users can exchange Piero Coins obtained during battle at the Piero Shop appearing on the map for general battle items or battle information items (magnetic field, supply box, enemy location information).
Various events are also unfolding. First, in commemoration of the Karakin update, if you achieve 3 kills with Panzer Fauster by the 16th or use 3 sticky bombs, you will receive 1 chicken medal each.
A classic map tour event where you can get a hipster penguin set (permanent), various skins (period) and box pieces, etc., will also be held until the 26th when you complete the mission in the area set by the user in all classic maps including Karakin.
In addition, one battle royale box voucher piece is given for one play of the Piero theme mode every day, and when a cumulative 15 kills and 30 kills are achieved, the title of Ruppet (30-day system) and April Fool’s Day box are presented respectively.
