Former Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae criticized the politics’ courtship against former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, saying, “In a word, a political prosecutor like a politician was born.”
Minister Choo said on KBS Radio on the 18th, “It is ironic that the prosecutor general, who had wielded a powerful and unprecedented authority in the country established by the Candlelight Citizen, will jump into politics.”
Minister Choo also commented on the possibility of former President Yoon’s presidential election, saying, “It shouldn’t come out.” The media knew that there was Choi Soon-sil behind former President Park Geun-hye, but they deliberately avoided verification and insisted that this should not be repeated.
When asked, “I have an opinion that the right person to catch Yoon Seok-yeol is not Chu Mi-ae,” he said, “I have no interest in former President Yun.” I have the idea that I shouldn’t do it,” he replied in a hurry.
