At least 99 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) were found in Seoul on the 21st. Although the spread has eased, confirmed cases continue to occur, mainly in religious facilities and saunas.
The city of Seoul announced that the number of corona19 confirmed at 6 pm was 23,083, an increase of 99 from 0 pm. It is 9 people less than 108 people at the same time the day before.
The daily number of new confirmed cases in Seoul is expected to remain at around 100 for 15 consecutive days from the 7th.
In terms of major outbreaks, there were a total of 18 confirmed cases in Seoul related to the Olympia sauna located in Gangnam-gu, one added. This sauna operates a sleeping room in the facility, so some users stayed for a long time, and it was found that the staff also used it.
Seoul and Gangnam-gu asked male users of’Olympia Sauna’ in Yeoksam-dong on the 6th to 19th to undergo a preemptive test for Corona 19 by tomorrow.
