Asus Korea, the Korean branch of ASUS (Director: In-Seok Kang, hereinafter referred to as’Asus’), launched the new ROG Strix, TUF Gaming and ASUS Dual graphics cards based on the latest ASUS Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU on March 19th.
Based on the AMD RDNA™ 2 architecture, the Radeon RX 6700 XT series offers several custom designs that deliver pleasing performance to high-end gamers, great sound, and excellent overclocking possibilities. ROG Strix provides excellent performance and cooling performance, TUF Gaming has excellent durability and reliability, and ASUS Dual has the compatibility and flexibility provided by dual coolers, allowing users to choose and use the product they want.
The ROG Strix Radeon RX 6700 XT boasts an outgoing style that encompasses all the latest innovations for graphics cards. It consists of a massive triple-slot heatsink with a dense array of 7 heat pipes for high cooling effect. The heatsink and GPU increase the surface area of the base plate and are finished with a MaxContact process that uses a smooth contact surface to increase the heat transfer efficiency of the substrate.
Three fans using the latest Axial-tech design rotate in different directions to reduce turbulence, providing excellent cooling performance and low noise. In addition, the number of barrier rings and blades has been improved for optimal air distribution. The open backplate improves the overall system temperature by creating a space for direct airflow to the PCB. Through a pair of ASUS exclusive FanConnect II headers, gamers can directly connect the case fan speed to the GPU temperature, allowing faster cooling airflow when the system needs it most. The 0dB mode at idle and low load helps keep the system as quiet as possible.
