Built with the latest Axial-tech design, the three reversing fans move more air through a 2.9 slot heatsink at a given RPM, providing better performance with less noise. If the number of blades between the central fan and the external fan is different, the airflow to each area of the heatsink can be optimized to maintain the temperature of all components. The open backplate creates a natural airflow to improve cooling performance. A low-noise system can be configured with the 0dB fan mode in the idle state.
