Asus holds the 1st ROG Tournament Championship: CS:GO in April-Cnet Korea

(Cnet Korea = Reporter Yoon Hyeon-jong) Asus gaming notebook brand ROG will hold the’ROG Masters APAC Edition’ e-sports competition for one month from March to April. This competition will be held in Asia Pacific (APAC) region. ‘Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO)’ was selected as the official game. The tournament will take place online and will be broadcast live from the quarterfinals to the finals. The two-month CS:GO tournament will have 15 teams competing fiercely for the first ROG Masters APAC Edition. The 16 teams selected through national qualifiers and finals will compete in the ROG Masters APAC Championship tournament on April 4th. Asus ROG Korea Youtube ChannelIt is broadcast live on.

The ROG Masters APAC Championship tournament, which is held as an online tournament, will be awarded prize money from first to third place through national finals in the order of performance. Afterwards, 16 teams from 14 countries, including Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, and Japan, by Asia Pacific region, will fight fiercely over the spots for advancement to the ROG Masters APAC Championship Tournament, and Korea has been assigned 3 teams.

The winning team of the ROG Masters APAC Championship tournament will be awarded $10,000 for the first place, $3,500 for the second place, and $1,500 for the third place.
