In Australia, a man who received the AstraZeneca vaccine was hospitalized for blood clots.

According to the Australian Daily Diostralian on the 3rd, a 44-year-old man who received AstraZeneca vaccine on the 22nd of last month in Melbourne, Australia, was hospitalized for a blood clot, and health authorities launched an emergency investigation.

The man was recently reported to have had abdominal blood clotting and platelet reduction during hospitalization due to a skin rash caused by high fever and slight bleeding.

Australian hematologists have considered this patient a potential case of cerebral sinus thrombosis (CVST) after AstraZeneca vaccination in Germany.

The Australian Food and Drug Administration (TGA) has launched an investigation into the causal relationship with the AstraZeneca vaccine, while urgent consultations with UK health authorities have reported dozens of similar cases.

Michael Kidd, deputy chief medical officer at the Federal Republic, said, “There have been cases in Australia that may be a side effect of blood clotting.”

Australian health authorities have urged doctors to pay attention to the reaction to the vaccination and to send anything unusual to the emergency room for close examination.

Nevertheless, Kidd Medical Officer said, “You can suffer from high fever, muscle pain, fatigue, and headache for a few days after getting the vaccine,” he said. “There is no need to worry about these general symptoms.”

Federal Health Secretary Brandon Murphy said, “The patient is now out of the emergency room and is in a stable state.” It’s big.

Taking the UK as an example, he added, “The corona19 mortality rate is only one or two in 100 people, but the side effects of the vaccine are only one or two in one million people.”
