Asiana Airlines, mileage and elite members extend the validity period for one year

Asiana Airlines has extended the mileage validity period for an additional year this year following last year, considering that flight operations have been drastically reduced due to the Corona 19 global pandemic.

An official from Asiana Airlines said, “We decided to extend the validity period in consideration of the difficulty in using mileage for customers due to the difficult entry and exit regulations and isolation conditions due to Corona 19.” I will do my best to prevent it.”

The period of maintaining elite membership is also extended for an additional 12 months. This is a measure to minimize damage to customers in situations where it is difficult to maintain qualifications through boarding of excellent members (Gold, Diamond, Diamond Plus) due to Corona 19.

Asiana conducts a’Payback’ promotion that gives back some of the tickets when purchasing domestic flight tickets with mileage. It is intended to help customers exhaust their mileage through boarding domestic flights. Customers who purchased domestic mileage tickets between March 8th and April 16th and boarded from March 10th to April 30th are eligible.

If you participate in the event on the website, you can get 20% mileage back and a maximum of 50%~100% is returned to some members through a lottery.

Mileage tickets can also be purchased for the A380 non-landing international tourist flight. Economy seats can be used with a 33% discount on 20,000 mileage deductions from March.
