Asiana Airlines extends mileage validity for 1 year

Asiana Airlines will extend the validity period of mileage, which expires this year, until the end of next year.

Asiana announced on the 15th that it will extend the mileage validity period for an additional year in consideration of the Corona 19 situation. The mileage, which was scheduled to expire at the end of this year, can be used until December 31, 2022.

An official of the company said, “We agreed to extend the validity period because we agreed that it is difficult to use mileage due to the continuation of Corona 19.”

Asiana Airlines is enhancing consumer convenience through various mileage promotions.

Asiana is running a’Payback’ promotion that gives back some of the mileage when purchasing domestic flight tickets.

The event is for customers who purchased tickets between March 8th and April 16th and boarded between March 10th and April 30th. You can get 20% back when you participate, and up to 50-100% will be returned through a lottery.

The recently operated A380 non-landing international tourist flight ticket can also be purchased with mileage.

Asiana will also extend the period of maintaining the Elite Membership by an additional 12 months. This is to minimize damage to elite members (gold, diamond, diamond plus). They will receive an additional 12 months extension of the period of maintaining their Elite membership until December 31 this year.
