It was decided to install Asan’s bust in the main building of Hyundai Motor Group’s Gye-dong office building along with the distribution of a memorial photo exhibition, an online photo exhibition, and a memorial collection’Voice of Eternity’.
The Asan Social Welfare Foundation is also conducting memorial projects such as publishing a photo book and publishing a translated version of an autobiography.
Hyundai Group produced a memorial video for founder Joo-young Jung, entitled’Pioneer of Korean Economic Development’, and distributed it to employees of the group.
In the Pan-Hyundai Street, the entrepreneurial spirit, sharing, and philosophy of founder Chung Ju-young came to mind. Earlier, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Eui-sun Eui-sun said at a town hall meeting, “It is the 20th anniversary of the death of founder Jung Ju-young.” “I think we must learn that spirit and make it ours and do it,” he emphasized. “It is to do the basics for future generations.”
