On this day, the 14th anniversary of the late Mrs. Byeon Joong-seok, the wife of Honorary Chairman Chung, was also held. Jeju was taken on behalf of his father Chung Mong-koo, chairman of Hyundai Motor Group, Eui-sun Eui-sun, who was a grandson. The ceremony was attended by Chung Mong-joon, the son of honorary chairman Chung Ju-young, chairman of the Asan Foundation, Chung Mong-yoon, chairman of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, Jeong Seong, adviser of Innocean and Chairman Sang-hoon Sun, Jeong Ki-sun, vice president of Hyundai Heavy Industries, and Jung Il-sun, president of Hyundai BNG Steel.
The number of worship events in which the family and group executives and staff members of Beomhyundai visited Sunyeong, Changwoo-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, were also reduced. Until last year, executives visited Seonyeong as a group, but this year, it was held from the 18th to the 20th so that the time does not overlap.
Meanwhile, to commemorate Asan’s achievements and exhibitions, the Pan-Hyundai Family organized a 20th anniversary memorial committee chaired by former Prime Minister Lee Hong-gu to carry out various commemorative projects.
At Hyundai Motor Group’s Gye-dong office building, a photo exhibition will be held from the 22nd to April 2nd under the theme of’Young Jung Ju-young, Through the Times. ‘Asan Jeong Ju-young.com’ will hold the’Asan Jeong Ju-young 20th Anniversary Online Photo Exhibition’ from the 21st to September 20th.
