[아시아경제 최은영 기자] A group photo commemorating the end of the TVN drama’Goddess Advent’, which ended recently, was engulfed in an unexpected’no mask controversy’.

On the 5th, Cha Eun-woo wrote on his social network service (SNS), “Thank you for all the staff, actors, and production crew of’Goddess Advent’. Thank you to all those who supported and loved Suho (name in the play).” And released several photos.

Among them, the group photo showed that most of the production crew, including Cha Eun-woo, were closely attached without wearing a mask. There were fewer than 10 people wearing masks.

Netizens who saw the photo pointed out that it was inappropriate behavior in the event of Corona 19. It is contrary to the current government’s social distancing policies, such as banning private gatherings with five or more people to prevent the spread of Corona 19 and restricting business hours of multi-use facilities.

One netizen said, “Students can’t even graduate because of the corona, but are the real entertainers?” Another netizen also criticized, saying, “What kind of quarantine rules are you telling me? I really hate the show-style comments.”

Some pointed out that it was more frivolous to upload group photos to Cha Eun-woo’s personal SNS account, which more than 16 million people follow.

Cha Eun-woo has not yet announced an official position on the controversy.
