April’s agency DSP Media said on the 2nd that “a criminal complaint was proceeded with the case of spreading malicious synthetic posts and unfounded false facts toward our artists through the law firm Elves.”

Recently, a post called’Remarks in the Past’ was posted amid bullying suspicions of former member Lee Hyun-joo, mainly on the online community.

This was written in 2003, and it became controversial by leaving a comment to an acquaintance with whom a person named Lee Na-eun had a conversation, “Do you want to be raped by Ko Young-wook?”

Meanwhile, Ko Young-wook, a former member of the group Lula, was charged with sexual assault or forcibly harassing three minors in Seoul’s own officetels and cars five times from July 2010 to December 2012.

In December 2013, the Supreme Court confirmed the sentence of two years and six months in prison. After release, they ordered three years to attach a location tracking electronic device (electronic anklet) and five years to disclose personal information. Afterwards, Ko Young-wook was released from Seoul Southern Prison in 2015 with an electronic anklet on.
