Actor Park Seong-hoon, who appeared in the SBS drama’Chosun-gu Masa’, made his stance on the controversy over history distortion.

He continued, “Despite the burden and carefulness in dealing with real characters as a work, we could not correctly judge the boundaries between creation and distortion. Just as an actor, if we really approach acting and do our best to the given character, I had a stupid and lacking idea of becoming,” he said.
Furthermore, he apologized, “I am embarrassed to realize my stupidity only when this is the case. I will be rebuked for this. I am belatedly aware of the seriousness of the matter and the importance of historical recognition and social responsibility to actors.”
Lastly, Park Seong-hoon added, “I am upset and regrettable to cause concern to many people. With this opportunity, I will be reborn as an actor who acts with a sense of responsibility with a careful attitude.”
Previously,’Chosun-gu Masa’ was broadcasted on the 23rd due to controversy over history distortion.
‘Chosun Gumasa’ distorted the history from the first episode and made the viewers frown by using the interior in a Chinese style.
