The test was started at 10 am on the 5th at 10 am on the 5th, citing the suspension of effect on the evening of the 4th evening, 14 hours before the bar exam was enforced, and “convenience to apply for confirmed patients and high risk people” was cited. .
The Ministry of Justice opened a provincial testing center (Chungnam National University) for the first time in the 3rd bar exam in 2014, and has gradually expanded the testing centers to Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk in 2019 and 2020, but test sites in Gangwon, Jeju, and Incheon. As the inconvenience of test takers in this uninstalled area continued, it was decided to expand the operation to 25 universities from this year.

The test is conducted on the 5th (Day 1) Public Method (optional, case type, record type) 10 am to 7 pm, the 6th (Day 2) Criminal Act (selective type, case type, record type) 10 am to 7 pm, 7th (rest day), 8th (3rd day) Civil Law (optional/recorded type) 10 am-5:30 pm, 9th Civil Law (Case type), Legal elective subjects (Case type) 10:00 am-pm It is held at 6 o’clock.
In the case of the ninth test last year, the first day of the public method, both the case type, the record type, and the optional type, maintained a higher sensational level than the previous year, and the second day, the criminal law was a key issue due to too many issues.
On the third day, the civil law selection and record types were also experienced, but on the fourth day, the civil law case type was fortunately made with relatively easy questions, making the minds of the test takers feel light. As for the elective law courses, there was a reaction between subjects as they were given somewhat more difficult questions in some subjects.
In the evaluation that the difficulty of the questions rises every year, this exam is a part that focuses on what kind of questions will be made.
Previous bar exam pass rates (compared to candidates) are: ▷The first time 87.25% ▷The second time 75.17% ▷The third time 67.63% ▷The fourth time 61.11% ▷The fifth time 55.2% ▷The sixth time 51.45% ▷The seventh time 49.35 % Fell annually. However, it rebounded to 50.78% in the 8th, and 53.32% in the 9th last year.
Those who passed the 10th bar exam will be announced on April 23rd.
For reference, as the bar exam was completely abolished on December 31, 2017, you can become an attorney only after leaving the law school (law school) that opened in 2009 and taking the bar exam and passing it. However, unlike the previous bar exam, the bar exam is given only five times within five years from the end of February of the year when you are graduating from law school or due to graduation. Currently, the bar exam is only administered once every year in early January.
