Baek Jong-won proposed an increase in menu prices for Vietnamese rice noodles in Deungchon-dong.

The first story of Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, was burned in SBS’s’Baek Jong-won’s Alley Restaurant’, which aired on the 10th.

On this day, Baek Jong-won said, “Because the climate is warm, rice is cooked several times because of the famous rice noodles in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand before visiting a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant in Deungchon-dong. Since rice is well farmed, rice is used to make noodles. That’s why there are a lot of rice noodles.”

The owner of the rice soup restaurant is the father of two daughters after 5 years of marriage, and he was originally an office worker. He was the protagonist who followed the standard of opening a restaurant business by knowing the location of the store first, practicing only the menu for 5 months, and recording the interior, menu, taste, and strengths and weaknesses while looking for restaurants.

The taste research process was recorded in a journal and visited Hanoi and Da Nang three times in Vietnam to the president of’Exemplary Student’ who understood the characteristics of local restaurants. It is built-in, but I work hard, but the sales are not really coming out.”

Following this, Baek Jong-won conducted the tasting. “This is not Vietnamese noodle soup, it’s just delicious noodle soup,” he said. “I was hoping that the meat broth I ate in Vietnam would taste, but it tastes like instant food at a buffet restaurant.”

He continued, “The amount of meat that can be used for 7,000 won rice noodles is obvious. Rather, greedy and raise the price. More competitive, not eaten anywhere else, because the meat is properly added and the intestines are well cared for, the higher the quality is pursued. Do it.”
