- “Wow, will it be? Isn’t it just necessary to set a fair unification rule? Rather, I may be worried about the possibility that other candidates (the people’s strength) will not give up. To prevent that, all candidates need to make a pledge to the public that they will’submit to the results of the contest’. If a candidate for people’s strength wins the primary, it is desirable to campaign as a’one opposition candidate’ instead of a’people’s strength candidate’. Only then will the extension be expanded.”
Call Jong-in Kim just before the declaration of running… What are you talking about?

First public relationship with Yoon Seok-yeol
“I tried to recruit Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol while creating the National Assembly Party just before the 2016 general election. At the time, he was demoted to the Yeoju branch office and met him to bring him to the proportional representative, who had the most difficult time during his tenure as a prosecutor. Yoon Seok-yeol refused, but when he said,’I will do my best as a prosecutor’, I became very fond of it.”

- How did you meet Yoon Seok-yeol through whom?
- “About March 2016, I had dinner with Yoon Suk-yeol in downtown Seoul with the introduction of a well-known senior politician. It was time to rush to find a candidate for proportional representative.”
- I asked Yoon Seok-yeol to meet him, so he responded.
- “The senior politician was deeply acquainted with Yoon Suk-yeol, and at his recommendation, Yun Suk-yeol came out. (Is it possible that Yoon Seok-yeol also had his own political thoughts?) - “If I do what I should do as the mayor, I will be recognized (the people), and if Seok-yeol Yoon plays a good role as the prosecutor general until the end of his term (July), the people will recognize it.”
- If you become the mayor, will you find out the time officers who are suspected of sexual crime?
- “I will respond decisively to crime. Apart from that, there will be no responsibilities to the public officials who have done the job as directed by former Mayor Park Won-soon for the past nine years. Park Won-soon’s sex offenses resulted in a re-election by-election, leading to more than 100 billion won in blood. The cost must be paid by the Democrats.”
Evaluation of Moon Jae-in, who once joined the party
“I saw the world entirely as good and evil. All around me is good, and everything else is evil. So I said,’There is someone who is counter-reformed (even around you) and someone who is reformed outside. Do not divide by good and evil, but gather inside and outside reform groups to promote reform.’ President Moon agrees when he hears. But it doesn’t work. I don’t understand why I am so obsessed with moral superiority. The criterion for the judgment of President Moon and the people around him is’is it on our side or not’ instead of right or wrong. I couldn’t persuade it and change it, so I created the National Party.”
Ahn Cheol-soo said, “To save a country in crisis, the only answer is to change the regime. So, he gave up his original presidential election and entered the Seoul Mayor’s election. I want you to know this desperateness.”
