He said, “I gave up the presidential power and decided to run for mayor of Seoul,” regarding the possibility of a presidential challenge, and regarding whether or not to run during the mayor’s term, he said, “Concentrating on the municipal administration, I thought that it would become a solid bridgehead for regime change and decided to go this path. “I did.”

He added, “The real estate policy is also a dependent variable in Seoul, and the biggest is the national policy. The national policy was prepared through the presidential election.”
