Representative Ahn called Chairman Kim and said, “I will only go to say hello to the New Year”, and it is reported that the meeting was held with Chairman Kim’s approval.
Chairman Kim replied, “Don’t ask me, just ask someone who has met me,” even to repeated questions from reporters right after the meeting.
He said, “I don’t have to meet (CEO Ahn) in the future,” he said. “If you ask to meet, you can meet, but I don’t think there will be a request.”
Chairman Kim is in a position that it should be unified centering on the power of the people, but Ahn is passive. Therefore, Chairman Kim’s comment that “there will be no meeting” is also read in the sense that the differences between the two sides have not been narrowed.
In this regard, Chairman Kim reaffirmed his existing position, saying, “(Representative Ahn) is an absolutely necessary condition to come to our party and pre-election.”
He said about the unification of the candidate, “CEO Ahn first spoke about unification, and we also made it clear that we should unify the candidate, so we can talk about it when the right time comes.”
