They are dissatisfied with why the government’s responsibility for failing to properly manage speculators and officials is handed over to landowners. There is also a prospect that the 3rd new city development itself may be delayed.
On the 11th, the Democratic Party and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport decided to completely reorganize the land compensation system in the process of public housing development and apply it to the third new city. For the first time, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport does not provide compensation for large soils such as negotiated transferor housing land, migrant housing land (shopping housing land), living countermeasure land (shopping land), and special supply rights for apartments for foreigners who are not residents of the new city development area We are reviewing ways to differentiate the values. It is also considering a plan to recover the special apartment supply rights provided to the negotiated transferable land. The problem is that the 3rd new city compensation has already begun. Incheon Gyeyang and Hanam Gyosan districts have already completed the land compensation procedure with cash or large soil compensation method. It is pointed out that the reorganization is in the direction of reducing the compensation, but if it is applied to the rest of the district, consistency and equity will be lost. In particular, residents of the region have requested that the designation of the 3rd new city be completely eliminated. There may also be a disruption in the pre-subscription schedule for the 3rd new town, which will begin in July. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is planning to compensate for consultations in Gwacheon Gwacheon in the third quarter, Wangsuk Wang-suk and Bucheon in Namyangju in the fourth quarter, and Changneung District in Goyang in December.
