[이데일리 스타in 김현식 기자] Mr. A, the representative of Singer Young Tak’s agency, who is engaged in the’Mr. Trot’ top 6 project, was accused of fraud. In this regard, Mr. A expressed his position to respond legally.

On the 4th, Dion Communication, a performance agency, sued the Seocho Police Station in Seoul through Cheonji lawsuit against Young-tak’s agency, Milagro CEO A, on suspicion of fraud. In addition, an application was filed with the Civil Affairs Department of the Eastern District Court of Seoul to prohibit the signing of a concert contract against Yeong-tak.

Dion Communication said, “’Young Tak is suffering a lot due to the suspicion of the sound recording restructuring, so it needs subsidies for Young Tak including settlement funds, so invest 300 million won. I’ve been asked to’dala’.”

In return, Young-Tak made a proposal to give priority to negotiations for all Yeong-tak’s solo concert tour performance rights, which will be held from September 1, 2021. Dion Communications claims that the side has unilaterally expressed its intention to invalidate the contract.

Dion Communication said, “The respondent (Mr. Millagro, CEO A) was deceived for deceiting that he would give him the right to negotiate a performance-related priority, and he was deprived of a huge sum of 230 million won. This is extremely bad. I hope you will thoroughly investigate and face severe punishment.”

Regarding the complaint, Mr. A, the representative of Young-Tak’s agency, issued a statement late in the afternoon on this day.

Through this, Mr. A said, “It is true that we had a discussion on priority negotiations for Dion Communication and performances, but for various reasons, we decided not to proceed with the work and ended the work we had discussed.”

He said, “I returned the full amount of money that I received from Dion Communication and received a reimbursement confirmation.”
