AFP news agency reported on the 8th (local time) that a man in his 20s was killed in an attack by two male lions in a wildlife park in South Africa.

According to the news agency, Mpila, 27, a wildlife tracking expert, was attacked by two young male lions while pursuing wild animals such as an elephant and a lion on the 6th and died.

Local police said in a statement that while Mpila was walking, “suddenly two lions attacked him and died.”

The accident took place near the Maravata Luxury Lodge (hut) in Marrakele National Park in the mountainous region of Limpopo Province at the northern end.

At that time, while Mpila was chasing the cheetah’s trail in a jeep, he stopped and searched on foot to find advice for the safari guides.

In safari, the principle is that you must never get out of the car to avoid being attacked by beasts.

However, ignoring this and getting out of the car, Mpila became prey for two nearby lions.

Afterwards, Mpila was reported by a man who was driving within a safari. “Two lions are treating people like prey,” he immediately contacted the park manager and reported it to the police.

Upon arriving at the scene, the police found the lions at the scene and immediately killed them.

Police and guards said the reason for the killing, saying, “Once a lion acts like that, he can do it again and again.”
