A fierce wind blows. In the morning of today (17th), the temperature in Daegwallyeong, Gangwon-do has dropped to -16 degrees, and Seoul is recording -10 degrees. The perceived temperature went down to -27 degrees in Daegwallyeong and -18 degrees in Seoul. It is not as cold as the flower springs that envy spring, but the strong cold in midwinter. Cold weather warnings have been in effect in northern Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon-do, and inland Chungcheong.
Today, heavy snow is expected around the Honam area. It is predicted that this cold will gradually ease the day after tomorrow.

The season turned to midwinter again with a biting cold wind.
This morning, Daegwallyeong, Gangwon-do, dropped to -16 degrees and the temperature experienced plummeted to -27 degrees.
In many places in the metropolitan area such as Seoul, the temperature is below -10 degrees Celsius, and the perceived temperature has dropped to -18 degrees Celsius.
The morning temperatures in Jeonju and Busan range from -4 degrees to -7 degrees Celsius, and the whole country excluding Jeju Island is sub-zero.
It is 3-4 degrees lower than yesterday, and 5 to 7 degrees lower than normal.
Cold wave warnings have been issued in various places in Gangwon-do, and cold wave warnings are in effect in northern Gyeonggi Province and in the interior of Chungcheong Province.
As cold air passes through the relatively warm West Sea, snow clouds continue to form.
It snowed around the west coast at night, but in the future, up to 15cm of heavy snow will fall in Jeolla-do, and 3 to 10cm of snow will accumulate on the west coast of Chungnam.
As the accumulated snow freezes, there is a risk of slip accidents caused by thin ice in the vicinity of tunnels or on the back road.
Strong winds blow from 10m to 18m per second centered on the coast, and especially on the east coast, there are places where high waves caused by swells cross the seashore or push hard to the white sand, so be careful.
This cold will continue until Friday morning the day after tomorrow and then relieve.
During the daytime on Friday, the temperature in Seoul rises to 9 degrees Celsius, and the warm spring weather is expected to greatly exceed the normal temperature.
