According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of the end of December last year, the total number of unsold houses in the metropolitan area was 2131, a decrease of about 33.05% from the previous month (3183 households). Compared to December 2019 (6202 households) a year ago, it decreased by about 65.64%.

During the same period, Anseong-si decreased by 24.15%, and Pyeongtaek-si decreased by 12.57%.
As of the third quarter of last year, the initial sale rate of private apartments in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do was 100%.
