The government announced that it would designate 12.71 million square meters of this area as the third new city and build 70,000 units.

Four times the area of ​​Yeouido.

It is the largest among the 3rd new towns.

This area is attached to Guro-gu, Seoul.

It is 1.7 kilometers from KTX Gwangmyeong Station, and there are subway lines 1 and 7 in the vicinity.

The Shinansan Line, which is currently under construction, and the GTX-B, a wide-area express train, are also scheduled.

The government plans to connect the new city to be built and the railway network by light rail.

This way, you can get to Yeouido in 20 minutes and Gangnam in 45 minutes.
