They reselled 37 houses in the state of pre-sale rights, leaving an average market margin of 21 million won, and they bought and sold 22 units, earning more than 100 million won. It was analyzed that the sale of 53 apartments currently owned could leave an average of 740 million won in market profit compared to the pre-sale price.
