A long line was lined up in front of the temporary screening and inspection centers quickly installed in the Jingwan Industrial Complex in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province.

A total of 1,200 employees from 59 companies are being inspected.

A Cambodian worker working at a plastic manufacturing plant in the complex was confirmed to be confirmed during the Lunar New Year holiday, and after that, after a full inspection of 170 employees at the plant, 114 more were confirmed.

Of these, 106 are foreign workers, and they are known to have been living and eating together in a dormitory on the third floor of the factory.

Some point out that the infection spread due to procrastination after the first confirmation.

The first confirmed person, a Cambodian employee, was diagnosed with a mild fever on the 13th in Yongsan, Seoul, and this fact was not communicated to the Namyangju Public Health Center, where the factory is located, on the evening of the 15th or two days.

The results of about 950 people who were inspected yesterday (17th) are expected to be released today, but concerns about the spread of infection are growing as the whereabouts of 6 of the factory workers with the infection have not been identified.
