A study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that more than half of the cases of new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) are transmitted through asymptomatic patients. In the end, this is the advice that following the distance guidelines is the best way to prevent it.

According to the Washington Post on the 8th (local time), the CDC published the results of the study in the JAMA Network Open the day before.

The study found that when the basic conditions were the same, 59% of all transmissions were through asymptomatic patients. This is the sum of 35% of people who have already infected other people before the onset of Corona 19 symptoms and 24% who do not develop any symptoms.

CDC Deputy Director of Infectious Diseases Jay Butler, co-author of the study, said, “You need to control the’quiet transmission’ caused by asymptomatic patients to catch the spread of the corona.” “The distancing guidelines are even more important.”

The media emphasized, “The results of the study support the fact that it is most important to follow the guidelines of the authorities, such as wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining social distancing, and conducting corona 19 tests.”

In this study, the results of clinical trials of Pfizer-Bioentech vaccines and Modena vaccines showed that the ability to prevent Corona 19 was highly evaluated, but the media did not give an answer as to whether it could spread Corona 19 even after getting the vaccine.
