Epic Seven-based board game’Epic Seven: Arise’ started kickstarter crowdfunding on the 13th.
Epic Seven: Arise was produced in collaboration with Farside Games under Marrow Productions, a famous Hong Kong board game maker, and can be enjoyed by up to four people. The first release version will be produced in English, and after this crowdfunding, a Korean version of the rulebook will be released for Epic Seven users in Korea. In addition, Korean, German, French, and Spanish versions are also under consideration.
It is based on the story of Epic Seven’s first episode,’Heir to the Covenant’, and the player with the highest score through various missions and cooperation and competition wins. By adopting the’engine building’ game rule that strengthens the player’s deck in various ways, it contains the fun of the original game, collecting heroes and assembling a team to enjoy strategic battles.
In addition, Epic Seven: Arise includes a variety of components that stimulate fans’ desire to collect. Various heroes and monsters appearing in the original work such as’Las’,’Mercedes’,’Executive Viltred’, Destina’, and’Crau’ can be met in elaborate miniatures, which are also used during actual game play and are used by users. It is provided unpainted so that you can try on it yourself.
Epic Seven: Arise Kickstarter crowdfunding, which started at 1 a.m. on the 13th, exceeded the target amount of $51,587 (approximately 56.7 million won) within one hour of the start. Currently (as of 10 am on the 14th), the fundraising amount is $2,099,000 (approximately 2,087 million won), with 1,872 sponsors participating. Each time the additional target amount is reached, new artifact cards and new hero miniatures are provided as perks.
