1. Coinbase, ahead of listing, reveals first quarter results

Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the U.S. ahead of NASDAQ listing, released its earnings for the first quarter of this year. According to a report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Coinbase generated net profits of between $730 million and $800 million over the past quarter. Sales in the first quarter were $1.8 billion.

Coinbase is scheduled to go public on the 14th.

2. Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, voluntarily appears in the US

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, who has fled from the US authorities since October 2020, voluntarily appeared in Hawaii on the 7th.

Hayes, who is accused of violating US banking secret laws, has been released on bail of $10 million, which is due for a trial in New York.

3. India’s Wazir-X launches NFT platform
