The district plan is finalized within the first half of the year.

Goyang Changneung and Bucheon Captains are scheduled to publish compensation announcements within the first half of the year. The district plan for this area is being prepared with the participation of experts and is expected to be finalized by the end of next year.

Incheon Gyeyang July pre-subscription starts… 30,000 households supplied this year

The 3rd new city plans to implement a pre-subscription system that supplies up to two years before this subscription, so that the housing supply period will be supplied by an average of 4 years and 9 months ahead of the existing new city. It took an average of 81 months in the case of the second new town from the district designation to the first housing supply. Seongnam Pangyo New Town was 51 months, Wirye New Town was 64 months, and Pyeongtaek Godeok New Town was 126 months.

The 3rd new town is planned to be completed in an average of 24 months, including 25 months for Namyangju Wangsuk New Town and Hanam Gyosan New Town, and 21 months for Incheon Gyeyang New Town until the first sale.

Accordingly, 30,000 households, including Gyeyang in Incheon in July, Wangsuk in Namyangju in September-October 2, Wangsuk in Namyangju in November-December, Gyosan in Hanam, Changneung in Goyang, and Captain Bucheon, will be supplied on this year’s pre-subscription schedule. Traffic measures average 16 months early confirmed

In addition, for the rapid supply of the 3rd new city, measures to improve wide area traffic were also confirmed early. For the 3rd new city, traffic measures were prepared from the announcement of the location to minimize traffic inconvenience when moving in. This is one year and four months earlier than the previous one, and the transportation plan was confirmed.

The 3rd new city metropolitan traffic improvement measures expanded public transportation investment to allow 30 minutes commuting to and from downtown Seoul. In addition, to reduce trial and error, a business plan was established with the local government.

At the end of last year, traffic measures for Incheon Gyeyang and Bucheon Daejang district were confirmed, and all traffic measures for the third new city were confirmed. Since the two regions are adjacent districts, integrated wide-area traffic improvement measures have been established to reinforce connectivity.

As for public transportation, new transportation means such as the S-BRT (arterial express bus system) connecting Gimpo Airport, Gyeyang-Daejang district, and Bucheon Sports Complex were installed so that it could be linked with the surrounding railway lines. As for road traffic, the expansion of National Route 39, new construction of Gyeongmyeong-daero, and expansion of Ojeong-ro will be promoted.

In addition, major transportation countermeasures for the 3rd new city include Songpa-Hannam Urban Railway (Hanam Gyosan), Seoul Gangdong-Hanam-Namyangju Urban Railway (Namyangju Wangsuk), Goyang-Eunpyeong Urban Railway, GTX-A Station Construction (Goyang Changneung), etc. to be.
