Small business owners whose sales were less than 400 million won last year and their annual sales decreased from 2019 can receive 1 million won.

The small business owner can apply online immediately on the 11th day of receiving the notification text. For smooth application, an odd-even system (even on the 11th and even on the 12th) is operated based on the last digit of the business registration number for both days from 11 to 12. From the 13th, you can apply without any distinction.

The government plans to start payment in the afternoon of the day of application as early as the 11th and complete it by the end of this month.

In the case of the remaining 300,000 new beneficiaries, support is paid from mid-March as soon as possible by selecting the targets for support based on the contents of the VAT report on the 25th. However, due to the extension of the VAT filing deadline, if sales are reported later, the payment period may be delayed.

The government receives applications for them from 6 to 11 days.

Even those who do not apply will be deemed to have applied for it, and the third subsidy will be paid to the registered account number when receiving the first or second subsidy.

The government plans to complete payments on a first-come, first-served basis from the 11th to the 15th, the last day of application.

50,000 new beneficiaries are given 1 million won after examination. The project is scheduled to be announced on the 15th and administrative procedures such as application submission are scheduled.
