Priority is given to small businesses who have previously received secondary disaster support funds and specially damaged businesses that have been banned or restricted in accordance with the government’s quarantine guidelines.

Small business owners who have been banned from collective or business restrictions due to strengthened quarantine measures by the government and local governments since November 24 last year can receive 3 million won and 2 million won respectively.

Small business owners whose sales were less than 400 million won last year and their annual sales declined from 2019 can receive 1 million won.

The government plans to start payment in the afternoon of the day of application as soon as possible and complete it by the end of this month.

In addition, the 3rd’Emergency Employment Stability Support Fund’, which is paid to 700,000 special-type workers and freelancers whose income has decreased due to the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak, will also be paid from tomorrow.

500,000 won per person will be paid preferentially to 650,000 people who received the first and second emergency employment security support funds last year.

However, as of December 24, last year, those who are enrolled in employment insurance are not eligible for support.
