There were 346 new cases of coronavirus infection (Corona 19) as of 0 o’clock on the 22nd. It declined to 300 again in three days, and it is the lowest level in 60 days since the occurrence of 271 on November 23rd. Among the new confirmed cases, 314 cases were local and 32 cases were imported from overseas.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on the 22nd, the cumulative number of corona19 confirmed cases in Korea as of 0 o’clock on the day increased by 346 to 70,426. The number of new quarantine releases was 569, and the number of people in quarantine was 11,519, down 235 from the previous day.
The number of inspectors who reported suspiciousness was 44,618, and the temporary screening test in the metropolitan area was 21,31 cases. The total number of tests was 65,649, which was 451 less than the previous day’s 66,100. On that day, 55 of the 346 confirmed cases were found at the temporary screening laboratory.
The reporting areas of 346 new confirmed cases (32 overseas inflows) were 115 in Seoul (2 overseas), 23 in Busan, 6 in Daegu (1 overseas), 9 in Incheon (1 overseas), 2 in Gwangju, Daejeon 1, Ulsan 3 (overseas 1), Gyeonggi 116 (overseas 14), Gangwon 9 (overseas 1), Chungbuk 1, Chungnam 7, Jeonnam 7, Gyeongbuk 15 (overseas 3) ), Gyeongnam 21, Jeju 2, quarantine course 9, etc.

In Seoul, 115 new cases occurred, down 10 from 125 on the previous day. Excluding 2 people from overseas, there were 113 people in the region.
Many of the new infected people in Seoul have come into contact with an earlier confirmed case in the area. By group infection, △ Olympia sauna in Gangnam-gu △ BTJ heating center in Sangju △ Religious facility in Mapo-gu △ Hospital in Eunpyeong-gu 3 △ Confirmed persons were added in relation to the Gangdong-gu family.
The number of newly confirmed patients in Gyeonggi Province was 116, down 22 from 138 the previous day. Of these, 14 are confirmed overseas.

In Incheon, 9 confirmed cases occurred, down 14 from the previous day. There is only one confirmed overseas inflow.
There were 3 confirmed cases in Seo-gu, 2 in Michuhol-gu, 2 in Namdong-gu, 1 in Gyeyang-gu, 1 in Bupyeong-gu, and 1 in Jung-gu. Of these, 5 were contacted by the previous confirmed patients, and 2 were unknown to the route of infection. In the existing group infection, the number of confirmed patients increased by one nursing home in Gyeyang-gu and one religious facility in Gyeyang-gu.
There were 23 confirmed cases in Busan. Among them, student A at an elementary school in Busanjin-gu was confirmed the day before. Group A was tested positive for Corona 19 due to sore throat on the 20th. One additional student related to an alternative school, whose infection began on the 7th, was also confirmed. A patient in the Dongnae-gu A nursing hospital was also confirmed. The city’s health authorities are conducting a total examination of 304 employees and 392 patients.
In Ulsan, three new confirmed cases (Ulsan No. 907~908) came out. Among them, Ulsan No. 907 (Jung-gu, 40s) was confirmed after entering Korea from the United States on the 19th, after being examined during quarantine.
There were 21 new cases in Gyeongnam. In Gyeongnam, 18 people occurred by 5 pm the previous day, and three more occurred by 12 pm after that. The 18 newly confirmed patients in Gyeongnam, who were previously confirmed, ranged from 1789 to 1806 in Gyeongnam, and all are local infections.
The areas where confirmed cases occurred were Jinju, Changwon, Yangsan, Gimhae, Geoje, and Miryang. The confirmed case in Changwon is a family of confirmed patients in the province, and the confirmed case in Jinju was a colleague of the confirmed case in the province, and symptoms developed during isolation. Yangsan and Gimhae confirmed cases are investigating the route of infection. In particular, five of the confirmed patients in Geoje were family members, and it was found that they contacted confirmed patients in the metropolitan area. The family in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do held a meeting between the 16th and 17th, and it is believed that a total of 17 people attended this family gathering.
There were six confirmed cases in Daegu. Of the new confirmed cases, five are local infections, and one is from overseas. Most of the local infections are contacts with existing confirmed cases, and the route of infection for one is unknown.
There were 9 confirmed cases in Gangwon. By region, there are 2 people in Wonju (438~439 in Wonju), 1 in Chuncheon, 211 in Donghae, 12 in Samcheok, 53 in Yeongwol, 197 in Cheorwon, 19 in Hwacheon, and 40 in Inje. Wonju No. 438 was infected by contact with a confirmed person in another region, and Wonju No. 439 was a confirmed person from overseas. Samcheok was confirmed by a public medical institution related to the A public medical institution, and was confirmed by an employee on the previous day at a full examination. In Chuncheon, Wonju, and Donghae, each one was tested positive during self-isolation, and those confirmed in Yeongwol and Cheorwon were finally tested positive at the test before self-isolation was lifted.
There were 15 new cases in Gyeongbuk. By region, there were 8 in Pohang, 4 in Gyeongsan and 3 in Gimcheon. In Pohang, four additional contacts related to the Pohang bathhouse were added. The remaining 4 patients (2 families, 2 individuals) developed symptoms and visited a screening clinic and confirmed. In Gyeongsan, four family members were confirmed after visiting the screening clinic for symptoms. The three members of Gimcheon are also family members, and they are confirmed foreigners.
There is only one new confirmed case in Chungbuk. 30s living in Jincheon (No. 1489, Chungbuk) were tested positive for Corona 19. The confirmed person was found to have been in contact with a 20-year-old (No. 1487, Chungbuk) who was infected while working in the same hospital as a doctor at Jincheon St. Chungbuk recorded the lowest in 60 days since November 22, when no new confirmed cases occurred.
There were 7 confirmed cases in Chungnam. Five new confirmed cases occurred in Boryeong. According to the city of Boryeong, those classified as 102 (60s, Daecheon-dong), 103 (40s, Daecheon-dong), and 104 (10s) were tested the day before and were confirmed that day. In addition, 105 (40s) and 106 (20s), which were identified as 103 contacts (family) and tested, were confirmed the same night.
Their first path of infection has not yet been identified, and it is reported that confirmed patients 103 to 106 are related families. An additional confirmed case occurred in Gongju, South Chungcheong Province. A new confirmed person in her 40s (Gongju No.75) received a positive test on the 21st after undergoing a corona19 diagnostic test at the screening clinic of the public health center the day before.
In Gwangju, two new confirmed cases (1470~1471) were added. Of the two confirmed cases, the path of infection in Gwangju No. 1470 was not confirmed, and Gwangju No. 1471 was a serial infection related to Gwaneumsa Temple in Yeongam, Jeollanam-do.
In Jeonnam, 7 new confirmed cases (693-699) were added. The confirmed person 693 was a resident of Yeongam-gun and was identified as a confirmed case related to a daycare center in Yeongam. The 694 confirmed person is a resident of Yeongam-gun and is the contact person of the 692 confirmed case in Jeonnam. This confirmed person is a serial infection from a confirmed Kwaneumsa temple.
There are two new patients in Jeju (Jeju No. 512~513). Jeju No. 512 was tested at the Jeju International Airport Walking-Through (walk-through) screening clinic on the 20th with a history of visiting a local Chamsol restaurant. Afterwards, at around 1:20 pm on the 21st, it was positively determined by the Jeju Institute of Health and Environment. The 512 confirmed person complains of congestion and body aches.
There were no new cases in Sejong. There were no new confirmed cases in Jeollabuk-do.
As of 0 o’clock on this day, there were 32 confirmed overseas inflows. The country of influx of confirmed cases is 7 in Asia, 18 in the Americas, 2 in Europe, and 5 in Africa. The nationality was 22 Koreans and 10 foreigners.
The cumulative death toll was 1328, an increase of 12 from the previous day. The overall fatality rate is 1.79%. The number of gastric and severe patients was 299, down 18 from the previous day. The cumulative number of suspected patients was 52,224, of which 507,4830 were negatively determined and quarantined. 13,132 people are undergoing the test.
