By region, there were 138 in Seoul, 137 in Gyeonggi, 35 in Gwangju, 17 in each of Daegu, Incheon, 15 in Gyeongbuk and 13 in Busan.
There are 23 cases of foreign inflows.
At the time of entry, 4 were confirmed during the quarantine stage and 19 during self-isolation after entry.
The number of patients with severe gastric disorders decreased by 8 to 140.
The death toll increased by 3 to 1,576, and the fatality rate was 1.79%.

Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun expressed anticipation for daily recovery, saying, “The finished vaccine will be shipped for the first time today” at the Corona 19 Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters meeting held at the Gyeongbuk Provincial Office on the morning of the 24th.
This morning, 750,000 AstraZeneca vaccines consigned at the SK Bioscience factory in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do are shipped and transferred to the distribution center in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do.
Prime Minister Chung said, “We will start the first vaccination with the vaccine shipped today,” and said, “The government is thoroughly preparing all processes from introduction to transportation and distribution, vaccination, and adverse reaction management so that the public can receive vaccination with confidence.”
He also said, “Please join us in this new journey of hope to overcome Corona 19.”
Prime Minister Jung also worried that infections in daily life still persist, and said, “Until the fight against Corona 19 is over, quarantine should be a natural part of your life as if breathing.”
He said, “Do not slow down and keep practicing quarantine in everyday life.”
AstraZeneca vaccination starts at 9 am the day after tomorrow (26th).
The targets for vaccination are about 289,000 residents and workers under the age of 65 in nursing hospitals and facilities.
