Qualifications for application from the end of next month

Reinforcement of’no-priority subscription’ regulations

Tangjeong Lakeside Summit Grand Mark

130,000 people flock to 275 households

“There is a lot of demand for sale and the heat continues”

With the reinforced’Jop-Jop (unranked subscription)’ system in effect from the end of March, there is a lot of demand for the’last car’ to avoid regulations. Complexes with more than 100,000 people are popping up one after another in just a few wards. The unranked subscription is called’Jop Joop’ by using the expression’pick up’ because ineligible winners or contract cancellations remain, and there are no other qualifications.

◇Let’s apply for ‘Joyup’ before regulation= According to the related industry on the 22nd, 135,000 people applied for an unranked subscription to 275 remaining households of the’Tangjeong Lakeside Summit Grand Mark’ in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do on the 16th, recording an average competition rate of 494.3 to 1. Before the Lunar New Year, this complex tried to receive a subscription, but the server was down and the application was received again. The fact that Asan is an unregulated area also contributed to the subscription fever. In addition, in the case of’Hill State Godeok Central’, Godeok International New City held in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do on the 17th, 109,000 people subscribed to a single 93㎡ household. In terms of competition, it is close to 110,000 to 1.

At the same time, Daegu’Jungang-ro Station Prugio the Central’, which was accepted by Joong-Jop, also received 8,716 unranked subscriptions for 26 households, and the competition rate reached 335.2 to 1. Even in January’s no-rank subscription, Hwaseong-si Namyang New Town’Hwaseong Namyang City Pradium 4th’ showed an average competition rate of 62.1 to 1, and Anseong-si’Ssangyong The Platinum Premier’ had an average competition rate of 5.7 to 1.

Unsold sales are disappearing as the heat of the hunger is getting stronger. This is because it is treated as a bob before unsold. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of December last year, the nationwide unsold volume was 19,005 households, the lowest since related statistics were prepared. During the same period, the number of unsold units in the metropolitan area was also 2,131 units, the lowest since the end of 2002 (1,387 units).

◇New regulation of shyness will be implemented from the end of March =On January 21, the government announced the reinforced regulations on shyness. The new regulation is expected to take effect from the end of March.

In detail, the eligibility for applying for unranked quantities has been changed from’adult (no area restrictions)’ to’adults who are members of homeless households in the relevant housing construction area (si/gun). Until now, anyone who is over 19 years of age could subscribe without special qualifications such as holding a subscription bankbook or being homeless. From the end of March, only homeless people in the area can subscribe. In addition, if the non-ranked quantity is supplied from a’regulated area (overheated dumping area, area subject to adjustment)’, the plan is to apply a re-winning period like a regular subscription.

Meanwhile, the market is predicting that even with such regulations, the heat will not cool down. This is because homeless people have a lot of demand for their own homes through apartment sales. An industry insider said, “It is becoming increasingly difficult to win a new apartment, and even if regulations are tightened, the shyness will continue.”
