Looking at the characteristics of housing pension subscribers as of the end of last year, the average age was 72.2 years old, the average house price was 370 million won, and the average monthly payment was 1035,000 won.

Compared to 2019, the average age was the same, and the house price (297 million won) and monthly payment (1012,000 won) increased by 3.4% and 2.3%, respectively.
