10.92% of the publicly announced land price of Daegu standard land

Next year, the publicly announced land price of standard land in Daegu rose by 10.37%, and Daegu was found to increase by 10.92%.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 23rd that it will conduct the owner’s reading and hearing of opinions on the publicly announced land price of 520,000 standard parcels as of January 1st next year, from the 24th to January 12th next year.

The standard land is a representative land that is used as a standard for calculating the publicly announced land price of 33.98 million individual lands nationwide and is evaluated by appraisers. This time, a total of 1,180 appraisers participated in 66 appraisal firms and appraisal offices.

The increase rate of national standard papers was 10.37%, the highest in 14 years since it reached 12.40% in 2007. This is due to the fact that the published price has increased a lot due to the government’s roadmap for the rate of realization of the published price (disclosed price/market price).

Earlier, the government announced a roadmap for the real estate public price realization rate, and announced that the real estate rate, which is 65.5% this year, will be raised to 90.0% for 15 years until 2035, and that it will set it to 68.6% next year.

By city and province, Sejong 12.38%, Seoul 11.41%, Gwangju 11.39%, Busan 11.08%, and Daegu 10.92%. By usage situation, residential 11.08%, commercial 10.14%, agricultural land 9.24%, forestry 8.46%, industrial use 7.56%. Commercial land has risen more than this year (5.33%), but it is 2.24 percentage points lower than last year.

The publicly announced land price plan is expected to be decided and disclosed on February 1 of next year after hearing opinions of the owners and local governments and deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

From this year, in accordance with the revised enforcement decree of the’Real Estate Disclosure Act’, the publicly announced land price for hearing opinions will be individually notified to all joint owners. It collects opinions not only from Si/Gun/Gu, but also from jurisdictions.
