According to the summary of the Central Election Commission, the total turnout for the 4·7 re-elections that started at 6 am on this day is 12.2% as of 11 am. This is 3.1 percentage points lower than the 15.3% turnout at the same time as last year’s general election, 3.5 percentage points lower than the 2018 local election (15.7%), and 0.5 percentage points lower than the April 3 re-election (12.7%) in 2019. The pre-voting statistics conducted on the last 2-3 days have not yet been reflected in the overall turnout. The preliminary voting rate for the 4-7 rehabilitation line recorded 20.54%, the highest among the previous re-elections.
