As I just said briefly before, this incident is a holistic view of the incompetence and corruption of this government. Couldn’t it be so unpredictable that we couldn’t prevent it in advance? I don’t think so.

Behind LH employees is the politician who always looks behind. It is speculation, but it is highly likely that they are members of the ruling party. In that sense, it was also revealed that six Democratic Party lawmakers were involved this time. Probably, if the investigation continues, there is a high possibility that a close relationship between the politicians and public officials will emerge one after another.

The people of the nation should watch it with really terrifying eyes and strict eyes. What’s more, what’s really unbearable is the post-mortem.

I think all the evidence has already been destroyed while the prosecution’s hands and feet are tied up and the Ministry of Land, which is responsible for the most, is doing the investigation first. If the prosecution is a poclain, a special sword is a shovel.

And through this unification of the opposition candidates, we must form a predecessor committee in common with each other and join forces to win the election. After winning the election, we need to form coalitions and form party consolidations.

Based on the opinions exchanged in advance, I will ask about the plan for balanced development in the Gangnam-North Korea. In fact, when any market begins municipal administration, it will be accurate to express the Gangnam region and the non-Gangnam region, because there is a southwest region.

The biggest challenge is to promote balanced development in the Gangnam area and the non-Gangnam area. However, in my pledge, there is a pledge for light railroads in areas with limited traffic, in other words, places where subways are not reachable and buses and routes are insufficient.

Candidate Chul-soo Ahn’s pledge, I’ve been looking into, revealed that the light railroad pledge was missing in areas with limited traffic. So I ask. Are you acknowledging the need for light rail?

That is of course. As for the light rail, Mayor Park Won-soon is not right now. If you look at it, it was rather trying to attract private capital. In my opinion, this in itself is not waiting for private capital, but transportation in itself thinks it is welfare.

So, I have to proceed with the financial business. And we should do it as soon as possible, we have that will.

I sympathize. However, since there is a problem with the financial situation of the city of Seoul, it is actually proceeding as a private investment project, investing in the private sector, and subtracting construction costs from the transportation profit. Because /C can be over 100 million, so some routes are going fast and others are late.

So, it is necessary to distinguish between what can be done with private investment projects and what can be done with financial projects. Right now, the Sillim Line, the Mokdong Line, and the Nangoku Line in the southwestern region. After that, I started the Dongbuk Line, Myeonmok Line, Ui Shinseol Line, Light Rail Extension Line, and Gangbuk Crossing Line in the eastern region 10 years ago.

However, since Mayor Park Won-soon took office and canceled it all, but acknowledged the necessity and started later, in fact, it had to be completed by now, but it was not completed. There are also such routes that are now in the early stages of implementation. I will surely hurry to solve the traffic blind spot problem.

In addition, the educational gap is that many citizens feel the necessity of the plan for balanced development in the Gangnam-North Korea. Education in the Gangnam area is an object of envy. Do you have any ideas on how to bridge the education gap in Gangnam and Non-Gangnam areas?

The two things you said are actually key. Wouldn’t the gap between transportation and education be the most important? I am now living in Nowon-gu. So, I know more about the various poor infrastructures of the Gangbuk region more than anyone else.

[오세훈]

Yes, it is. There are things that the mayor of Seoul can do in the city. There are many things. First of all, the mayor of Seoul can work for after-school schools. So, I made a full-time after-school school as a pledge.

[오세훈]

After-school schools are still being implemented in schools. Do you mean to establish a separate municipal school for after-school schools?

[안철수]

no. It finishes at around 5 o’clock, but in the case of a double-income couple, it must be done by 7 or 8 o’clock to not leave work?

As for the time to extend and education, I have already made a pledge to reduce private education costs by creating better curriculums such as coding education or language education focusing on conversation, which is necessary for the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

That’s enough. Actually, there is a different side of thinking from me. If you want to do what you said now, you will probably need a lot of budget, and there is a side that doesn’t fit the trend of the times.

Of course, it is necessary to activate after-school schools. By the way, what I have constructed is the use of Ingang. This is the Ingang and Internet lectures currently being conducted by Gangnam-gu.

I invite really famous academy instructors, academy instructors who are envious of all, and these people from Gangnam-gu to give lectures on the Internet. Of course, you can hear it all in other boroughs. By investing more in this, Seoul City will start Ingang.

We provide supplementary classes for each grade level from elementary school to high school. By doing so, if we can supplement the educational gap between schools and regions and public schools with this Ingang, we will provide the same educational content that has no discrimination in Gangnam or non-Gangnam regions, thereby bridging the education gap and not being discriminated against. Our students can reach out to educational content and improve their academic ability.

I have a plan like this. Of course, we will discuss with the Office of Education. So, I used the Ingang to make sure that all areas of Seoul can receive education with the same educational content, and through an educational mentoring project, I have been doing volunteer work for college students.

It is a mentor to poorly-learned students by making it into a single Alba and connecting it 1:1, in other words, a tutor, in simple terms. We are also envisioning such a business. In addition to the education gap, the biggest problem in the Gangnam-North gap is the problem of the commercial area.

Gangnam-gun and Jung-gu have a lot of commercial areas, but places like Guro, Geumcheon, Gwanak-gu, Eunpyeong-gu, Seodaemun-gu, Dobong-gu, Nowon-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, and Gwangjin-gu in the southwest region have few commercial areas, so there is a lot of inconvenience in life and a gap in development.

Isn’t there the Nowon, especially the Changdong vehicle base you just mentioned? I also saw you talked about the gap between Gangnam and North Korea.

That’s not my promise. Since the Changdong vehicle base is so large, it can be used for various purposes. My pledge is to put all the business spaces, including lifestyle shopping spaces such as Hanam Starfield, sports facilities such as Gocheok Dome, and even business spaces.
