However, Baek Seung-ho proceeded with negotiations with Jeonbuk Hyundai, not Suwon, considering the transfer to the K-League. The negotiations between the two sides are in the final stage. Jeonbuk, who did not know this, was embarrassed. A Jeonbuk official said, “If we knew the contents of the agreement in advance, the negotiation would not have proceeded. It is not just a matter of good faith and moral responsibility. The big problem is not to implement the agreement. That is why Suwon intends to claim damages as well as return the student support fee according to the agreement.

Suwon’s lawsuit is a move to protect the entire K-League youth system, not just the relationship between Suwon and Baek Seung-ho. Another Baek Seung-ho may appear if it goes beyond Yuyamuya. The practice of betraying consideration can arise.

This can shake the basis of K-League youth policy. Each club has no choice but to be stingy about youth investment. In fact, there have been several similar cases in the past. Some clubs have also cut youth investment.
