President Moon Jae-in is holding a New Year’s press conference today (18th). Next year is the presidential election (March 9), so this is actually the last New Year’s conference. There are several issues, such as corona reproliferation and economic stimulus measures, vaccines, real estate, and North Korea’s tactical nuclear weapons, but honestly, there are no high expectations from President Moon’s remarks so far. One thing I am curious about is the first nurturing position for the amnesty of former Presidents Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye.

There is an expected answer. First, it is premature to discuss pardons as soon as the Supreme Court ruling. So far, passports have been scattered with the logic of “What am I lucky to be pardoned before the final sentence is given?” But now, you’re holding back that it’s been a while since your brother was confirmed? In the meantime, former President Park was imprisoned for nearly four years (the longest imprisonment among former presidents), and two former presidents were imprisoned at once. No matter how much political retaliation is not, it is a national misfortune to neglect it.

Second,’there must be national consensus and reflection and apology of the parties’. It’s a public consensus. It’s an obvious rhetoric, so even if you think outside of the argument, the’conditional pardon’ of the party’s reflection and apology is as difficult as the’conditional run’. In fact, the right to pardon the president is reminiscent of the monarchy’s benefits and goes against the separation of three democratic powers that emphasize the independence of administration, legislation, and judicial law. In fact, it was Lee Nak-yeon, head of the Democratic Party, who set fire to the silent amnesty earlier this year. It is almost impossible for the ruling party representative to unilaterally throw the president’s own authority without rapport with the Blue House. Looking back, the flow of passports has changed since the end of the’Chu-yoon conflict’ at the end of last year. Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae was replaced, and newly appointed Rep. Park Beom-gye said, “The stable cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the prosecution is the order of President Moon.” Former Minister of Science and Technology Yoo Young-min, who said he was good at communication, was appointed as the president of the presidential secretary, and talks of the ruling and opposition parties talked about, and President Moon said in his New Year’s speech that he was “very sorry for the real estate issue.” The route change was evident from Gangseong to Moderate. Recently, the Moonpa turned to the “Abolition of Prosecutors’ Right to Investigation”, and Democrats Hwang Unha, Kim Yong-min, Kim Nam-guk, Jang Gyeong-tae, and Lee Soo-jin even made pledges. It is poised to be involved in the national policy stance beyond just the end of the day. This landscape may be embarrassing for President Moon. Who is the door? They are the No. 1 contributors to the creation of this regime, and they have claimed themselves to be villains whenever there was an offensive towards’Munf’ in the past 4 years. I heard that such a doorpa is slowly rebelling. However, the author also complains that “I am not writing, but the writing itself” (Roland Barth’The Death of the Writer’). Bureaucracy is that “the moment an organization is created, it rolls into the logic inside the organization.” Moonpa may have had a subordinate relationship to President Moon at first, but it means that over time, it built its own mechanism. Now, the interests of President Moon, who has been in office for one year, and those who want more power cannot necessarily match.

President Moon must have taken it as a teacher while seeing former President Roh Moo-hyun, whose supporters were displaced by the dispatch of troops to Iraq and the Korea-US Free Trade Agreement (FTA). But whether he wants it or not, President Moon is now confronted with the reality of establishing a new relationship with his supporters. So, the essence of today’s press conference is not whether or not the two presidents will be released. It is time to answer whether you will be dragged by the door or the door.
