[정치]President Moon presides at the Anti-Corruption Policy Council tomorrow…’s message of’clearing real estate storage

President Moon Jae-in will preside over the Anti-Corruption Policy Council tomorrow by convening ministers in charge of real estate countermeasures.

Based on the measures to eradicate speculation discussed by the party today, it is expected to produce a strong message related to the liquidation of real estate storage.

President Moon Jae-in convened an emergency anti-corruption policy council to clear up corruption in real estate.

It deals with government-wide measures to eradicate real estate speculation, such as the legislative legislativeization of property registration for public officials and the reorganization of the land compensation system previously discussed by the party government.

In addition to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Minister of Public Administration and Security, acting as the prosecutor general, the head of the National Tax Service, and the head of the National Police Agency, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the Minister of Agriculture and Food attendance to respond to the entire government.

The anti-corruption policy meeting was held 9 months after the then-in-law Minister Chu Mi-ae and Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol attended and discussed reform of power institutions.

It seems to be to clarify President Moon’s willingness to hold the key and correct the LH crisis as a moral hazard for some public officials.

Earlier, President Moon issued a related message nine times from the beginning of the outbreak, ordered a thorough investigation of relevant public officials and Blue House employees, and virtually scorned the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byun Chang-heum.

However, in the midst of a strong real estate regulation policy, the situation that occurred at a public corporation in charge of this situation has caused great disappointment and has dropped the state support rate for President Moon to the lowest level in his term of office of 34%.

Even in order to appease the public sentiment that has turned around, it is expected that this meeting will deliver a higher level of intensive message to eradicate corruption in real estate.

The problem is not the immediate message, but the outcome and timing of the work to clear up corruption.

The political opinion is that if the prospect of the 4/7 by-election is not friendly to the ruling party and cannot hurry out of the swamp of the LH crisis, the driving force for managing state affairs at the end of President Moon’s term of office will rapidly decline.
