Among the apartments whose transactions were canceled after reporting last year’s sales report, one in two cases in Seoul and one in three cases nationwide was the highest ever, causing controversy.

There is the possibility of inevitable cancellation or error in special circumstances, but there have also been suspicions of false transactions to promote actual transactions and manipulate market prices.

Rep. Chun Joon-ho of the Democratic Party of the National Assembly, a member of the National Land Transport Commission, released the data and argued that some speculators may systematically make false reports to raise apartment prices.

As one false report becomes the base price for the next transaction, a breakout report can lead to spread.

In this regard, Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byun Chang-heum said that it is considered a serious problem. He said that he will review a plan to have a real transaction report, which can be done within 30 days from the current contract date, in the presence of an authorized broker on the day of the contract.

After that, he said that he would look at a way to make the process of paying the remaining balances available on a public platform.

The purpose of this is to prevent the case of false reports and cancellations by rapidly raising the price by revealing the transaction price and subsequent progress in real time.

The party government is in the middle of a last-minute discussion on the payment of disaster assistance.

In accordance with the policy of making a wider and thicker payment, discussions on the target and size of payment are in full swing.

Previously, we were looking for a plan to provide more support to the sectors where the damage was concentrated.

To this end, we are discussing ways to divide the payment interval from the previous three to five.

The general industry is divided into two stages based on the amount of loss in sales, and the support amount is expected to be divided into two stages depending on the timing of application of the banned business.

The amount of support by industry is expected to be up to 6 million won.

In addition, in order to expand the scope of support, it is expected to raise the support baseline for general industries from less than 400 million won to less than 1 billion won in annual sales, and to ease the standard for supporting service industries with’less than 5 workers’.

Along with this, it was confirmed that the support for the lower 40% of income that the Democratic Party had previously requested was omitted in the process of discussion with the Ministry of Information and Transportation.

The size of the 4th disaster subsidy is expected to be about 20 trillion won, but the Democratic Party expects that the size of the supplementary bill will be smaller if it goes through a process such as adjusting the existing budget.

Earlier, Chairman of the Policy Committee Hong Ik-pyo announced that he would conclude between the party and the parties today.

According to the results of the discussion, if the government submits the supplementary bill next week, it is expected that the 4th disaster subsidy will be paid through deliberation this month.
